Surviving 340+ days my base has came to this.. and I am bummed about what to do.
Restarted, new base showcase below

ACTIONS/STRUCTURES

- Most spiders are destroyed, few here and there left for queen spawns.
- 8 crock pots for mass food producing
- 3 be hives for mass honey
- Standard berry,grass and twig farms
- Huge middle section of tooth traps for hound killin' ( its a ***** to reset)
- Winter preparations in the beefalo lands - with many rabbit traps there too.
- Pig village not shown but off screen a bit. (custom made and small)
- 10 effigies to ensure my life is long.
- 4 iceboxes (used to have alot more food before the spoilage update hehe, now I don't need but 2 icebox)
- Birdcage is made but offscreen
- Silk + Monster Meat Farm offscreen
- Fireflies around my base - suggested by pyromaniac
- Turkey Traps - suggested by pyromaniac
- Huge charcoal farm containing of 350+ charcoal (day 100 or so firehound)
- My own beefalo herd - in progress - suggested by pyromaniac
- 7 fireplaces to light the base up
- 6 turbo farms for minor food reinforcement
- An arena for hound/future invasive mob - suggested by help
- ALL Spider nest removed - in progress
- All graveyards dug up

- Chest full of spider queen heads - in progress
- Chest full of 3 of each golden tool

Any ideas on what to add? Or what I can do with the meantime till this "AWESOME" update kevin says?

Beefalo horn is useless in a video from what I saw, a beefalo herd is near impossible to get? and when you do they just wonder off?

Beefalo horn is stupid, just attack one to make them follow you. You have to do this more often as they loose aggro faster since the update, just use a low level tool of bare hands so you don't kill it.

Also now that they are in herding behavior they wander off less easily, and you can somewhat keep them in one area with a three layered tree walls.
