dear ONI's group, i find something wrong with the strings_template.pot. if i translated the NO.1239 "Stress", wrong stress will display in game.

and no color numbers shows in the Priorities if i use strings.po
also have some tooltips not given in strings_template.pot
we have to make it another way, wish you guys can add it in strings_template.pot
thank you for the TU upgrade, we know u guys busying for the debugs or fix
hope that ONI can be pop n heat after early access
