I've noticed that the list of attainable items in-game that are locked sometimes are listed as faded squares with the neutron stars inside the square. Other attainable item that are locked do not even show up on the list when clicked on.
Steps to Reproduce
Inconsistencies in the presentation of buildable items in lists; some are faded neutron stars, others are not listed at all. The solution should see that all items are listed or not listed until attained.
