Job overlay proficiency colors (not auto-updating color)

I noticed that in order to update the colors for the job proficiency boxes [after dupes have gained skill levels], they have to be checked/unchecked.

I find the colors very helpful in quickly assigning jobs, but having to check/uncheck boxes to update them seems tedious / unintended.

Steps to Reproduce
Go to jobs overlay, check and uncheck a box after a dupe has gained proficiency in a skill, watch the color change.
