Game is not booting up

The game will not boot up when trying to play Oxygen Not Included. However, i can play games like Modern Warfare 2 + Garry's mod just fine.

Here are 2 pictures.

EDIT = The only other game i have downloaded is MW2

Steps to Reproduce
I am only just booting up the game on Steam when it crashes.
Go to bugs

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\OxygenNotIncluded

And find the folder in the screenshot and upload everything inside it
