Delivering infinite water

After playing for a while the dupes start to deliver water to machines (algae terrarium, micro musher) and never stop. After restart it fixes it for a few minutes but then they get back into the cycle. 

Steps to Reproduce
Just started a new game this morning and it just started. I have 5 dupes in game now and there is a natural gas geyser on screen near the main building.

Things that require water usually require 10s or 100s of kg of it. If there are "standing puddles" of water nearby, dupes will pick it up in 1000g (1kg) chunks, making MANY trips to do what a SINGLE trip to a large body of water would. Unfortunately, dupes aren't smart enough to go to a larger water source and can get stuck in this "infinite water" loop easily. Build water-requiring things closer to larger water sources. Hopefully everything requiring water will allow piped-in water soon...
