Carbon dioxide and other gases do not diffuse throughout

The carbon dioxide on the center right have stuck together since Cycle 30 or so, and have been accumulating on the side instead of diffusing evenly across the surface of the water.

Steps to Reproduce
Get carbon dioxide on one side of a surface and build it up.
Go to bugs

Not sure if it is a bug, you have oxygen coming from the algae deoxydizer on the left so it pushes it away.. have you tried shutting it off?
