Hello everyone!

I hope that someone would be able to suggest how to fix this. At first everything is fine, but after some gameplay time the game starts to slow down, for example: the character sits for a few seconds near the bush before the animation of actually picking berries starts; while my character already died in the game of my coplayer, he is still alive in my game for a short time; while the character is running, he abruptly gets sent a few paces back. And this happens to everyone on the server with time, so I doubt that the issue is in my computer. What can be the problem? Some mods, maybe?

Steps to Reproduce
Nothing in particular. This just happenes every time after an hour or two of gameplay.
