Game Freeze

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or a setting my PC does not like, but after say 5 mins of playtime in dont starve together (hosting a world with my friend playing on it), the game doesnt crash but the screen freezes. I still get responses when move and push buttons on my controller (PS4 plugged into my PC), i know this as i can hear my character move and the pressing options makes the menu noises, etc.

Please help :)
