There's a couple Telelocator Staff bugs that I've noticed after the last patch.
 

  1. You can teleport ocean creatures and yourself on land with Telestaff+Focus, making it possible to sail on land and kite ocean creatures with ease.
  2.  It doesn't start raining after using the Staff anymore.

Steps to Reproduce
Build Telelocator Focus on land and charge it. Use Telelocator Staff on ocean creatures or yourself on a boat.
